Important Announcement

Dear Valued Clients,

Due to ongoing challenges in parts availability and component obsolescence, our inventory of replacement parts is becoming increasingly limited. As availability changes, we will continue to notify you of any impact to your specific units.

At this time, we are providing a 90-day notice to allow you to evaluate and secure alternative solutions for your current equipment.

Please note the following:

• NDI units are expected to be out of replacement parts within approximately 90 days, depending on current workload.
• Titan 2500 and Titan 4000 units may have limited parts remaining in inventory. After that point, replacement parts will not be available, as sourcing from external markets is not practical due to cost and availability constraints.

As a result, there may be instances where we are unable to complete repairs due to parts unavailability. We will communicate directly with you should this affect your equipment.

Given these ongoing constraints within the manufacturing supply chain, AST will be closing its operations by the end of the year, at which time parts and service will no longer be available.

We understand this may impact your planning, and we encourage you to begin evaluating next steps. We will continue to share updates as they become available.
